A 4-night minimum stay is required at both the B&B and the condo. Breakfast is included at the B&B, NOT at the condo. Shorter stays may be possible depending on availability and payment of cleaning fees of $30 for the B&B Ocean Suite, $40 for the Coral Suite, and $85 for the condo. Rates are nightly plus 11.42% Hawaii state tax (General Excise Tax: 4.167%; Transient Accommodations Tax: 7.25%). Additional Person: $10.00/night in condo. *These properties are completely non-smoking, even outdoors or on the lanais. If you wish to smoke, enjoy a walk while you do.
